HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

The storm that I was trying to get ahead of a few days ago has caught up with us. Today was miserable as it was raining and blowing all day. The temperature has dropped and the heater is running keeping all snug in the boat.

Carl and I were in Panama City picking up a replacement microwave oven for his boat when the rain started. It rained so hard that we had to wait in the store for the rain to slow down to get to the car! Once back at the marina we had to wait in the bar for a few minutes until the rain slowed down for we could run to the boat!

Ricki, Carl, Barb and I pooled our food and wine then had dinner on Quest. We again waited for the rain to let up then ran to our boat to watch a video as there is no TV available here! What that translates too is ---- I was without football on New Years Day!

Hopefully tomorrow’s weather will be better!
