Happy Anniversary Dan & Jori!

The day started out with biscuits and gravy on Quest! Ricki and Huen put the meal together and a great one it was! We departed the harbor shortly after breakfast and headed north for a 2 hour, 15 mile cruise.

Leaving New Smyrna Beach

Along the ICW

We had a short day of cruising through a beautiful section of the ICW. There were many islands to contend with and following the marked channel made it interesting and fun.

The noise coming from the engine room was the starboard engine water pump! I located four replacement units all of them located out of the city. I have one on order and it will be delivered to the boat sometime Saturday. The old one has been removed and all I need now is a replacement part and about an hour of time to install it. The other engine had its water pump replaced 6 months ago so there is a definite life span associated with engine components.

Arriving at Halifax Harbor Marina

Cricket headed for home to be with her father. We wish him well and hopefully she’ll return soon.

Huen, BBQ chicken wings on the grill for a light dinner before everyone called it a day and returned to their boats. He is a hard man to keep out of the galley!
