Lake Barkley State Park Marina (day 2)

Barb and I took our dinghy for a ride to the property. We tied up at our neighbors dock and walked around the perimeter of the property. As I was walking down the road I came face to face with a doe that stood her ground then turned and ran off. From the sound of her crashing through the woods there were a few more deer running around.

For dinner we dined at the Lodge - a favorite with family members.

Tomorrow will be a bike riding day within this beautiful state park.
